Create a Better You - While You Sleep!

Imagine drifting off to sleep and waking up fully refreshed AND with enhanced intelligence, more confidence, greater positivity, improved self-esteem, and more success.

Seems like the stuff of fiction?

Well, actually, you can create a better life - effortlessly - even while you sleep, and here's why...

On average, most people sleep about 8 hours each night. You can achieve quite a lot in 8 hours when you're awake, and perhaps you already do. But think of what more you can achieve if you used those sleeping hours effectively!

You see, just because you're asleep doesn't mean your brain is. Infact, your brain goes through extremely active stages when you're sleeping and is capable of taking on-board new information and stimulus subliminally.

What's more, any information the brain receives in its highly receptive state is filtered through the sub-conscious so that it effectively by-passes the ego. This means that the information is taken on-board without any questioning or doubts or emotion that might result when you're fully awake.

So, if you wish, you can run an audio program of study while you sleep, which will help you absorb new information. It can be used to learn a language, or improve your understanding of complex subjects, or even to reprogram your thoughts, emotions and habits. You can also use your sleep time to run positive affirmations so that you feel more confident, capable, and happier.

In a way, Sleep Programming, as it's often called, is like attending an extremely powerful eight hour hypnosis session every night. It has the potential to create big change for you!

If you're new to the concept of learning while you're sleeping, check out Sleep Programming, and discover the technique used by some of the world's most successful people (me included!). It could change your life in ways beyond your wildest dreams!

Master Your Mind

Listen to your inner thoughts!

What are you focusing on? How do you feel? Where is your talk taking you?

Our thoughts are powerful. They shape our experiences. They contribute to making our lives what they are. So, it makes good sense to be mindful of those inner thoughts. Here's how...

* Tune in with your inner chatter at various times each day. Notice what you're giving your attention to. Are you holding on to thoughts that are making you feel sad, uncomfortable or stressed or are your thoughts making you feel happy and expansive? Once you notice your thoughts, you can change them.

* Rather than attempt to bury or ignore any uncomfortable or challenging thoughts, simply look at what is arising and reflect on why those thoughts are there. Change what you can't accept and accept what you can't change. Release your attachment to those thoughts.

* Be aware that your ego or shadow-self will always put up a fight. Your ego wants to be right, wants to look good, wants to always come out on top, regardless of the inner and outer conflicts it can cause. Put your ego to one side. Don't react. Just 'be'.

* Watch you don't get caught up in gossip. When you focus on criticising, ridiculing or judging others, you are revealing the cracks in your own foundations. Focus on your own life.

* Practice a brief meditation in the morning and again before the day ends. It will help you become more 'present', which will enhance your ability to be mindful of your thoughts.

* Be gentle with your self. Move beyond any self-critical, self-blame or self-destructive thoughts. Focus on transformation... the thoughts that bring joy, freedom, and a positive outlook.

* Realize that only YOU give your thoughts power. It's always your choice. If you don't like how you feel, change your thoughts.

The more you become mindful of your self-talk as you go about your day, the easier life will become. You'll see that in most situations, it's your own thoughts that are stopping you from living a life of joy, abundance, and ease.

So, where are your thoughts right now? What are you focusing on?

A Quick Guide to Manifesting Money

Are You Attracting Poverty or Prosperity?

Do you feel financially empowered or financially limited?

If you want to improve your wealth, start by improving your relationship with money. Here's how...

* Let go of old, redundant, fear-based beliefs about money. Create new positive beliefs. See money as an abundant resource that can be used in a life-enhancing way.

* Recognize that money is energy. It's simply a currency that flows. There's no need to grasp or hoard it. There is always enough to go round. It is abundant and ever-flowing. Make this your belief.

* Watch your self-talk as you go about your day. Drop words such as lack, hardship, and poverty from your dialogue and focus on abundance, ease, and prosperity. Your thoughts and words are powerful so be careful what you wish for.

* See yourself as a wealthy individual, capable of attracting good fortune in all areas of your life.

* Practice gratitude for all that you have and willingly share your adundance. Doing so magically creates even more wealth.

* Realize your self-worth. You are an amazing individual, capable and worthy of prosperity. This is the truth so be empowered.

* Believe you are a money magnet, and keep on believing that you are abundant, and this will become your reality.

Remember... you attract what you give attention to, so focus on prosperity.

Are You Happy Being You?

One thing I hear often is this: 'I want to be like 'suchabody' because he or she is amazing...'

Well, it's inspiring to have role models, but when you're wanting to be like someone else because you're not happy with yourself, that's a sad story.

You see, you are wonderful, unique, beautiful, and really quite brilliant, so isn't it time you enjoyed being you? Here's how...

* Change what you can't accept and accept what you can't change. Make peace with yourself. You are who you are, and that is always more than you realize. Stand in the truth that is you, and enjoy being a fantastic individual.

* Recognize the wonderful gifts and qualities that you have. Turn your focus to the positive rather than highlighting any perceived lack. You have plenty to offer - more than you know, right now. Look within and bring those qualities to the surface.

* Realize that no one is perfect... no, not even the celebrity you aspire to be like. Everyone is quite perfectly flawed, and that's okay. Embrace your flaws. Give yourself a hug. Learn to love yourself just as you are.

* Start living your own life. Play your own tune. Dance your own dance. Don't be obsessed by what someone else is doing. You have your own wonderful journey waiting for you!

* Celebrate your uniqueness. In a world full of copycats, shine like the special diamond that you are. You really are an original so why do you want to copy someone else?

* Stop listening to anyone who makes you feel unhappy about yourself. Often, these people are just projecting their own issues on to you. Hang out with people who make you feel good and where you feel free to be you.

So, What's holding you back being happy being you? Maybe you need to clear away some old perspectives or thoughts? Maybe you just need to put some new positive intentions into place? Take a look at the power of self-suggestion.

Just remember, you are whatever you wish to be, but your true happiness arrives when you are being yourself.

So, be awesome! Be Happy! Be you!

Breathe Well and Be Well

How are you breathing today?

It's a strange question, but breathing is an automatic response and we don't always give it the required attention.

The way we breathe makes a significant difference to our health and well-being. Here's why...

When we pay attention to breathing well, we achieve the following benefits:

* The body receives more oxygen, which is important for maintaining health on every level.

* Correct exhaling gets rid of the body's toxins more effectively.

* By breathing correctly, posture improves.

* Being mindful of each breath brings about a deep sense of relaxation, which helps to erase tension and stress.

* When we focus on the breath, we become 'present' and experience a sense of being revitalized.

So, correct breathing is essential for good health and you can improve your well-being by giving it attention on a daily basis. Try this little exercise:

Lie on your back so you can feel the effects of each breath. Relax. As you inhale, breathe into your belly. You should feel your belly rise as you breathe in. Hold your breath for a few seconds and then slowly exhale. As you exhale, you should feel your belly sink. Repeat this deep breathing exercise for around 20-40 breaths every day, and notice how you feel after a week or so of practice.

Want some help on how to get the most out of each breath? Discover the Power of Breathing!

Take charge of your health and well-being today. Start with each breath. It really is that easy!

'One way to break up any kind of tension is good deep breathing.' -Byron Nelson
