How to Deal with Negative People

Do you often find yourself around people who moan and complain about everything?

Perhaps you have a friend, work colleague or even someone in your family who thrives on misery?

If energy vampires are stealing your joy, here are effective ways to protect yourself...

# Be mindful of how you feel when you're around people. Be aware of who is being negative and having a moan whenever you see them. Notice where the negativity comes from and look for anything that is triggering their response. Some people just moan for the sake of moaning. Just make sure you're not attracting the negativity as a result of your own comments and actions. Once you are aware of where the negativity is coming from, you can do something about it.

# One way of diffusing the negativity is by not engaging in the conversation. Sometimes, it's best to say nothing or to lead the conversation in a positive direction. They'll either give up complaining or take their moaning elsewhere. Either way, a good result!

# Where necessary, try the direct approach. Just be polite and say you'd prefer to hear something positive. If they take offence, add that it's important for your well-being, reducing stress, or keeping your blood pressure healthy. It might inspire them to consider how their moaning is impacting their own health!

# Sometimes, you have to walk away from someone who is constantly projecting their negativity on to you. If this person is someone close (a member of your family, perhaps) and they simply don't understand the impact of their negative energy nor wish to change, just limit the time you are with them. You owe it to yourself to choose joy and to be with people who are happy and tend to focus on the positive things in life.

If you feel that you're attracting negative people as a result of low self-esteem, take the Extrovert Me course to build your confidence.

You are so worthy of a positive and joyful life.

So, what do you choose?

Have an amazing day!

Six Morning Motivators

Do you struggle getting going in the morning?

Feel like you could roll-over and go back to sleep?

If you need a wake-up boost to feel more energised as you start your day, try these effective morning motivators...

1) Make sure you have a good sleep routine. For example, avoid eating or drinking before you go to sleep. Go to bed at a reasonable time every night. If you suffer from insomnia, try listening to this CD.

2) No matter how you feel, start your day with feel-good thoughts. Every time you do this, you create positive, motivating intentions that really make a difference.

3) No matter how rushed you feel, make time for a morning ritual that you'll look forward to. Play your favourite music. Enjoy an early morning walk. Relax with a breakfast coffee at your favourite cafe.

4) Exercise! You might not feel like it when you've just rolled out of bed, but a bit of exercise will energise you for the rest of the day. Dance, walk, run, swim, cycle, or bounce on a trampoline for a few minutes - anything to get the energy moving.

5) Breathe in the new day! With each breath, focus on a positive affirmation. You can do this while you're in the shower or while making your breakfast. Try Subliminal Power!

6) You do have breakfast, right? Fuel up and start your day with an energising fresh fruit juice smoothie. Include sunshine fruit such as oranges and add a banana, apple, and a bit of ginger to provide you with a nutritious buzz.

How you feel in the morning can really set the tone for the rest of the day so invest in these feel-good morning motivators.

Create a morning ritual that is vital, positive and beaming with potential.

Have an awesome day!

Trust Your Intuition

In a world full of possibilities, it's often a challenge to know what decisions to make that are for the best.

How do you discern from good or bad? How do you choose?

If you find making good choices a struggle, why not call upon your intuition? Here's how...

# Notice how you feel rather than what you think. How do you feel about what you're considering? How does a decision or possible outcome resonate with you? When you start noticing how you feel, you engage your intuitive self and will learn to distinguish what 'feels' right.

# Meditate more! When you meditate, you connect to your inner wisdom. When you let go of the constant chatter and noise, it's easier to tune into what really matters.

# Be open-minded. Accept the logic, but allow some creative thinking. The world is full of strange and often magical events and possibilities. When you are open to this notion, you allow your inner wisdom room to expand.

# Look for signs and synchronicity. When you're trying to make a decision, signposts often appear. The forces of the universe do work in mysterious ways!

# Develop your extra-sensory abilities. We all possess psychic gifts. Many have just forgotten how to use them. Focus on strengthening your natural abilities.

Of course, whatever choices you make in life are ultimately right and for your highest good, but it's really useful to call upon your intuition whenever needed. It can make life easier and bring some amazing results.

Have a wonderful day!

Switch on the New You!

If you're not happy with who you are right now, then do something about it.

There's a saying that goes like this: Change is inevitable, but transformation is optional. Transformation is a choice. If you don't like who you are, then switch on the new you. Here's how...

# Begin your transformation journey by knowing exactly what you want to change. Are you unhappy with your job, home, or prospects? Tired of feeling tired? Do you want to trade your negativity for a positive, enriching outlook? When you know exactly what you want to change, you can start making it happen.

# Reflect on what is holding you back. What thoughts, habits or emotions are stopping you from living the dream? Often, it's our own limiting thoughts that prevent us from transforming. Identify the issues and then do something positive about it. Try this course, for example, or experience the wonders of subliminal power.

# Plan your New You journey. Make it fun and exciting. Include plenty of treats to help you navigate through the challenging parts.

# Focus, get motivated and maintain a positive outlook. Most people fail to create the life they desire because they stop believing and give up. Don't be one of them. Focus on your goal and remind yourself why you are taking this transformational journey.

# Be flexible! If following your plan starts draining the life energy out of you, then let go alittle. Life isn't meant to be difficult so don't make it so. Transform, but have fun doing it. Drop the rigid beliefs and be gentle with yourself.

Switching on the New You is a process of discovery. You'll find out just how amazing you truly are as you make the journey.

So, are you making choices that nourish you today? Are you transforming your life to become the awesome individual that you are?

Take those first steps and begin living the life you desire!
