Create a Better You - While You Sleep!

Imagine drifting off to sleep and waking up fully refreshed AND with enhanced intelligence, more confidence, greater positivity, improved self-esteem, and more success.

Seems like the stuff of fiction?

Well, actually, you can create a better life - effortlessly - even while you sleep, and here's why...

On average, most people sleep about 8 hours each night. You can achieve quite a lot in 8 hours when you're awake, and perhaps you already do. But think of what more you can achieve if you used those sleeping hours effectively!

You see, just because you're asleep doesn't mean your brain is. Infact, your brain goes through extremely active stages when you're sleeping and is capable of taking on-board new information and stimulus subliminally.

What's more, any information the brain receives in its highly receptive state is filtered through the sub-conscious so that it effectively by-passes the ego. This means that the information is taken on-board without any questioning or doubts or emotion that might result when you're fully awake.

So, if you wish, you can run an audio program of study while you sleep, which will help you absorb new information. It can be used to learn a language, or improve your understanding of complex subjects, or even to reprogram your thoughts, emotions and habits. You can also use your sleep time to run positive affirmations so that you feel more confident, capable, and happier.
