How to Kick a Bad Habit

Are some of your habits ruining your health, well-being, and chances of living a happy and fulfilling life?

Do you wish you could get rid of those addictive tendencies (such as smoking, eating junk food, gambling,) or negative thinking (such as 'I'm useless', 'I'm too shy' or 'poor me' attitude)?

Kicking a bad habit for good will change your life for the better. So, here's what you do...

First, recognize that you have a bad habit. Sounds easy, but some people are in denial because it seems easier than admitting the problem. Consider how your bad habit is stopping you from living a wholesome and happy life. Once you recognize the habit as a 'life stealer', then you can do something about it.

To kick a bad habit, you have to really want to do it. Again, it's simple logic. However, committing to the process of change can be challenging. Some people say they don't have the will-power, but this is just a negative, self-defeating thought... a thought that you can overcome! If you really want to kick a bad habit, focus on the benefits you will gain and use this as your motivating force.
