Six Steps to Success

Wondering how to bring your dream into reality?

Looking for a road map to achieve your dream life?

Want to know what works for other dream achievers?

Take a look at these six important steps to creating success ...

1# Know what you want to achieve!
This sounds like simple logic, but many people don't really know what it is they want to do. Start your journey to success by having a clear idea of what you wish to achieve. Not sure what you want to do? Well, consider your talents, skills, experiences, interests, and expertise. What can you call on? Here's a tip: do something that you're passionate about. It's much easier to achieve success when you're doing something you enjoy. So, know what you want, and then move on to the next step ...

2# Plan and Set Goals!
To bring success into reality, you need to have a great plan. This is your road map to success. How can you reach your destination if you don't know the route? Set yourself firm, achievable goals. Unless you reach a road block, stick to your plan. Remember this: there are often many ways to get round some obstacles. Keep this in mind as you travel on the road to success.

3# Show Up and Keep Moving!
Results follow action, so show up, do the work, and keep moving. Act on your ideas and intentions. Explore and experiment to see what works. It takes time, but aim to do something every day that will move you closer to success.

4# Learn As You Go!
Draw on your skills, experiences, resources, and expertise, but be open to learning new things that will help you achieve success. It's what you learn on the journey that really counts.

5# Forge Positive Connections!
Surround yourself with positive, successful people who are interested in what you are doing. Don't be shy! Your connections will provide encouragement, support, and inspiration.

6# Believe!
The main ingredient in the recipe for success is belief. You need to believe in yourself and what you're doing. You need to believe you can succeed before you can expect anyone else to believe in you. So, set out on your journey believing you'll reach your destination and believing you'll achieve your dreams!

Struggling with self-confidence or negativity? Invest in yourself to make sure you have the best possible chance of success.

Create your dream life. Be successful! You CAN do it, and you can start right now!

The Time is Now

How much time do you spend either dwelling on the past or worrying about the future?

If you reckon it up, you'll probably be shocked at how much time you're giving away!

You see, there is only NOW, and the present moment is what matters. Read on and let me tell you how to reclaim your now time!

Start by being mindful of your thoughts.

You don't need any special skill for developing mindfulness, but it does take discipline and attention.

When you're mindful of your thoughts as you go about your day, you'll be aware when you're dwelling too much on the past or worrying too much about the future. Once you're aware, you can refocus and bring yourself back to the present!

Being in the present moment is all about making the most of your precious time. What's the point of wasting your life ruminating on what has gone and what hasn't yet happened?

The time is now and, when you're mindful of that, you can start living with more joy and freedom. You can give your attention to living in the moment and enjoy the pure happiness of what it brings. You'll notice the special things that you'd normally miss when your attention isn't present. You'll find you have more time to do the things that matter to you.

So, master your thoughts. Let go of all those redundant ways of thinking that steal your 'now time' and do not serve you. Use the Plus Kits to assist you in becoming mindful by changing your thoughts at source.

Choose to let time work for you in the best possible way.

Life is wonderful when you live mostly in the present moment. Perhaps it's time to experience it for yourself!

How to Make Decisions with Ease

Do you take forever to make a decision?

Do you worry about the choices you make and often regret them once they're made?

Decision-making -even on random everyday activities such as choosing a pair of shoes or deciding what to have for dinner - can sometimes be a real pain. So, how can you make choices that are effortless and joyful? Here's what you do ...

You start by realizing that there is no right or wrong choice; there is only experience.

When you look at the results of your decision-making as a series of life-enriching experiences, whatever route they take you on, you'll recognize the value of whatever comes your way.

Yes, do your homework. Make informed decisions. Tune into your intuition. Take the opportunity to learn what's important to you so that choices are made from a place of wisdom. However, do so in a way that doesn't eat up your precious time. And do so without worrying about the choices you make.

Life's too short to dilly-dally. If you spend most of your time wondering about what decisions to make and worrying about the consequences, you're not enjoying the gifts of the present.

So, reflect on what choices you're holding back on making. What decisions have you been putting off that you need to make? What are you frightened of?

Perhaps there is some old, redundant belief system that is holding you back? If so, manifest easy decision-making using self-suggestion.

Choose today as being THE DAY you make decisions with ease. Feel the weight of the world lift away as you finally make a choice.

Accept the results of the choices you make as valuable experiences, no matter what.

Recognize yourself as a 'work in progress' and that every decision you make helps you on life's path.

Have an amazing day!

'Do the thing you fear most and the death of fear is certain.' -Mark Twain
