The Happiness Journey

Are you living joyfully?

Are you bubbling with deep-rooted happiness?

If not and you feel like something is missing in your life, then look within. Here's what you'll find ...

Happiness is yours when you let go of limiting thoughts and start living your truth. It really is that simple!

You see, happiness is a choice. How you feel right now depends on what YOU choose to feel and how YOU choose to react to everything that's going on in your life.

Most grow up believing that happiness comes when something is 'owned' or 'achieved'. It is something to work towards or bargain for. As a result, living joyfully is postponed and rests heavily on what might be. Some spend a lifetime chasing happiness without actually experiencing being happy. Don't let that be you!

The truth is ... Happiness is NOW. It's always NOW. The journey IS happiness.

Happiness is now when you're at peace with yourself. Happiness is now when you realize the true riches in your life (unconditional love, friendship, nature's beauty, and life's simple pleasures). Happiness is NOW when you walk your true path.

So, here's what you do to begin living joyfully ...

# Ditch the dramas in your life. Resolve any emotional issues ... anything that is stopping you from being happy ... and realize you always have a choice about how you react to life's challenges.

# Devote more time to doing what you love.

# Be more in the moment. Be spontaneous. Enjoy life's simple pleasures.

# Know that your thoughts lie between you and your happiness.

Need some help discovering your joy? Empower yourself with Happiness Now.

Once you realize you already possess the key to happiness, you start living joyfully. There's no better way to be!

Eat for Health

Is what you eat making you ill and lifeless?

Do you lack energy even though you eat plenty?

If you don't feel at your best, maybe it's time to look at the food on your plate. Let me explain ...

Your body is only as efficient as the 'fuel' you consume. When you eat healthy choices and healthy amounts, you prime your body for optimum performance and vitality.

Healthy eating isn't about dieting. It isn't about giving up everything you enjoy. It's about eating sensibly and consuming foods that are beneficial for your mind and body.

Here are some healthy eating tips:

# Choose fresh, organic fruit and vegetables and eat these on a daily basis.

# Cut down on foods that are over-loaded with sugar, salt or fat.

# Read the food labels and avoid foods that are heavily laden with artificial additives. Choose foods with natural ingredients.

# Reduce your consumption of meat and processed foods.

# Always hungry? Well, maybe you're actually thirsty rather than hungry. Have a drink of water, natural fruit juice or herbal tea rather than reaching for calorie-heavy snacks.

# If you really are hungry between meals, choose a piece of fruit or a handful of raisins.

# Plan your food shop and prepare most of your meals yourself rather than relying on lifeless ready-meals.

# Explore superfoods and eat more raw! (Google it!)

# Enjoy your food and don't get too faddy or obsessive about what you eat. Just be sensible and remember that what you eat is your choice and your choice really does make a difference to your health.

Let Go and Be Free

So many people complain about feeling shackled by their circumstances. Not many realize they are responsible for the chains that bind them. Fewer still realize that they have what it takes to break free and live a happier life.

If you feel life is holding you back, you probably need to let go. Let me explain ...

Do you spend most of your life holding on to things ... such as thoughts, feelings, possessions, money, situations or dreams?

Sometimes, what you hold tightly to isn't actually good for you. The tighter the hold, the more tension it creates, and the more you struggle.

So, what are you holding on to right now?

How does it make you feel?

Is holding on tight creating stress and stopping you from living joyfully?

If so, it's time to do something about it. It's time to let go.

Letting go doesn't necessarily mean giving up or losing. It's more about detaching yourself from the associated outcomes - releasing yourself from limiting thoughts that hold you in chains.

You have to let go in order to move forward. And, when you do, it brings about a positive shift. The experience is liberating and self-nurturing.

When you let go of emotional and/or material clutter, you create space for new energy. You make room for new thoughts, ideas, projects, and dreams. You are free to bring in whatever it is you desire.

Letting go isn't easy for those who've spent a lifetime holding on tight to something. It requires a shift in your way of thinking.

Finding it difficult to let go and change your life? Then tap into the NLP Secret and get the vital support you need.

You owe it to yourself to live with greater happiness and freedom. You have the key. So, what are you waiting for?
