Don't Stress. Just Breathe!


Too much to do, but not enough hours?

Are you struggling to meet expectations and achieve your goals?

If life is challenging you right now, don't stress. Simply find your inner calm. Here's how...

Begin by being mindful of how you feel in the moment.

Notice when your muscles start tensing up. Notice when you have a sensation of anxiety, unease, or panic. Notice when your mood drops.

As soon as you pay attention to how you feel, you can do something about it. You can take time out to breathe.

'But, I breathe ALL the time', I hear you say. Of course you do. But, are you consciously breathing?

Are you aware of how correct breathing can remove stress, eradicate symptoms that cause disease, and bring about greatly enhanced well-being?

Most of the time, we don't think about how we breathe. It's automatic. And, yet, when we focus on each breath for a few minutes at a time, we become mindful of how each 'in' and 'out' breath is healing on a deep level.

Our wise ancestors knew how important correct breathing is. In our fast-paced world, many have simply forgotten.

So, when you're next feeling stressed, focus on your breathing.
