The Time is Now

How much time do you spend either dwelling on the past or worrying about the future?

If you reckon it up, you'll probably be shocked at how much time you're giving away!

You see, there is only NOW, and the present moment is what matters. Read on and let me tell you how to reclaim your now time!

Start by being mindful of your thoughts.

You don't need any special skill for developing mindfulness, but it does take discipline and attention.

When you're mindful of your thoughts as you go about your day, you'll be aware when you're dwelling too much on the past or worrying too much about the future. Once you're aware, you can refocus and bring yourself back to the present!

Being in the present moment is all about making the most of your precious time. What's the point of wasting your life ruminating on what has gone and what hasn't yet happened?

The time is now and, when you're mindful of that, you can start living with more joy and freedom. You can give your attention to living in the moment and enjoy the pure happiness of what it brings. You'll notice the special things that you'd normally miss when your attention isn't present. You'll find you have more time to do the things that matter to you.

So, master your thoughts. Let go of all those redundant ways of thinking that steal your 'now time' and do not serve you. Use the Plus Kits to assist you in becoming mindful by changing your thoughts at source.

Choose to let time work for you in the best possible way.

Life is wonderful when you live mostly in the present moment. Perhaps it's time to experience it for yourself!

Today's quote:

'Happiness resides not in posessions and not in gold; the feeling of happiness dwells in the soul.' - Democritus
