Spring-clean Your Emotions


Are you carrying a life-time's worth of bad feelings on your shoulders?

Do you want to lose the emotional baggage that's been weighing you down?

Spring is the perfect time for new beginnings so how about clearing out those negative thoughts taking up too much space in you? Here's how ...

Begin by writing down all those negative feelings you have about yourself, someone else, or something that's been bothering you.

Don't forget to uncover those difficult feelings and emotions that you thought you'd brushed away but are still lurking in some dark corner.

Once you have a list of everything that's been eating away at your soul and stealing your happiness, you can now begin your spring-clean.

Start by recognizing that these negative emotional thoughts do not serve you. (They never did!)

Accept that it's time to let these thoughts go ... to be cleaned away for good.

To be at peace with yourself, forgive what needs to be forgiven in order to move on. Let it go. It's already consumed so much of your energy and time. Don't let it do so any more.

Release those negative thoughts.

If you need to do something symbolic, tear up the list you've made.
