Learn and Live

What are you learning today?

More importantly, what have you discovered that has enriched your life?

If you're not learning, you're not really living, so read on to find out why it's important to actively engage in learning to succeed ...

From the moment we are born, the learning process begins. We quickly discover what makes us happy and what makes us sad. We are subjected to influences and stimulus, which informs our journey through life.

Learning is an essential part of our being. In some ways, what we learn defines us.

So, how healthy are your learning choices? Are you learning subjects, or engaging in experiences, that are improving your life?

Through formal education, we tend to be taught a set curriculum. We are forced into learning even if the subjects or the learning process doesn't really interest or inspire us. It's only when we leave formal education that we have the freedom to engage in learning through choice.

When we have a choice in what we learn, when we embrace learning with passion, we take on board lessons that are potentially life-enhancing.

Today, give some thought about what you would like to learn. Start with what you want to change in your life. How can you improve yourself? What can you learn that would make a significant difference to yourself, your family and even the wider world?

Perhaps you want to discover how to enhance your life with NLP or learn how to embrace happiness now.

Maybe you want to learn a new skill or language.

Whatever you aim to do, set a plan, and commit to the learning process.

Remember, you are absolutely amazing ... you can learn ANYTHING you set your mind to achieve.

So, what are you waiting for? Use your innate abilities and learn to live spectacularly.

Have a fantastic day!

Change is Good

When something is about to change in your life, how do you react? Do you embrace it with a smile or are you frightened of it?

If change sends you cowering into a corner, you'll probably know - instinctively - that your reaction is causing you to miss out on some of life's amazing gifts and experiences. So, perhaps it's time to look at change in a different light ...

Some people fear change so much they'll stay in a comfort zone (a place that really isn't that comfortable) because they are frightened of the unknown alternative.

Fear of the outcome ... of what change might bring ... is what holds people back. Some people fear success just as much as they fear failure. They fear they won't be able to handle what life throws at them.

Know this: change is inevitable. It is part of life's journey. Change is good!

Anaïs Nin once said, "Life is a process of becoming, a combination of states we have to go through. Where people fail is that they wish to elect a state and remain in it. This is a kind of death."

Change enables us to evolve. It's what we need to truly live life's wonderful gift to the full.

So, how do you get beyond the fear of change? Well, you simply face it and do it anyway. Look upon change as an opportunity rather than a threat. It's all about perspective and what you believe.

Struggling with self-confidence or a negative outlook? Want to get into a better mindset to embrace change? If so, focus on your self-development to help you take the next step.

From today onwards, regard change as potential to grow ... see it as a chance to learn and expand into the amazing individual you already are.

Remember, change is good. While change is happening, make this your daily affirmation.

Seven Ways to Beat Life's Obstacles

Does every day feel like you're climbing a huge rock face?

Not sure how or if you'll ever achieve your life's ambitions?

Maybe you need to apply a different way of thinking ...

Life may feel like a vertical climb right now but your goals are there - right in front of you - and the steepness of the climb depends upon how steep YOU THINK the climb will be.

So, if the going is tough, do the following:

1# Take time out. When you're working hard on achieving your goals, you can quickly become emotionally, mentally and physically drained. Taking time out allows you to re-energize. You'll return to your goal with renewed vitality and a fresh perspective.

2# Be mindful of where you are right now and how much you've already achieved. You are on a journey. Sometimes, that journey gets bumpy. Just remind yourself of why you've chosen this path and what it is you wish to achieve. Keep your goals in focus!

3# Assess whether your goals have changed. Sometimes, we can start off on a path and find that we no longer want what we set out to achieve. Remember, you create your reality. It's okay to change your mind and do something different if your original goal no longer serves you.

4# Are you sabotaging your goals? Watch your self-talk. Stay positive! Your goals are achievable and become doable when you maintain a positive state of mind. Use affirmation sessions to create exactly what you want.

5# Be around positive, motivating people to gain the inspiration and feel-good vibes needed to move beyond any challenges you're facing today.

6# Laugh! Yes, laugh at the craziness of the situation or challenges you're facing. It'll help release those feel-good hormones and put you in the right frame of mind to deal with whatever life throws at you.

7# Remind yourself that YOU CAN achieve your goal and that YOU CAN overcome the obstacles in your way. You have all the resources needed to do this. Trust in yourself.

Today is the day you can overcome those obstacles you think are holding you back. It all starts with you and your thoughts. Be mindful and make your goals reality.

Grow Your Intentions

Whatever you think has the potential to become reality.

You see, your intentions carry the seeds of possibility.

So, what's on your mind right now? Are you destined for failure or focused for success?

Let's find out ...

Whatever you pay careful attention to grows and expands.

Take a flower for instance.

When you plant a flower seed, you aim to give it the best possible chance of life. You make sure it's planted in good soil and that it has the right amount of water, nutrients, and sunlight to grow. Every now and again, you check to see if the flower is growing and you give it some more nurturing attention where needed to give it the encouragement and support it requires.

This is also true of your life's goals. What you set out to achieve calls upon a similar process.

You must nurture your intention (those seed thoughts of possibility) and support the intention with positive encouragement so that your goal blossoms into reality.

The right kind of attention is absolutely vital to ensure you attract what you want in life.

Don't constantly dig up the seed to see what's happening. How can it grow strong if you do that? Be patient.

Don't fret that you can't see what's going on under the soil. Simply smile and trust the process.

Don't water the plant too much. Remember, you can give something too much attention as well as too little. Use your intuition. Focus on keeping a balance.

When you grow your intention with a positive and nurturing outlook, you create the best possible conditions for a successful outcome.

So, take a look at what intentions you've planted today. Consider how you will bring those intentions into reality. Remember, to do so with love and care.

Have an awesome growing day!
