Bring in the New!

When was the last time you did something that you've never experienced before?

Was it yesterday, last month, last year or so long ago you can't remember?

Well, you know, trying something new and different is great experience and really beneficial, and here's why ...

You see, when we do something new or different to anything we've previously experienced, we begin to use parts of our consciousness, which otherwise remains dormant. Our intuition starts to kick in. The mind becomes more alert and focused on learning new ways. Our senses wake up. Suddenly, we feel alive.

If the new experience is a physical one, such as mountain biking or learning Salsa, various parts of the body will also benefit by perhaps toning up previously inactive muscles or increasing endurance or co-ordination.

It's important that we take on board new experiences as often as possible. It's good for the mind and overall well-being.

When you think about it, life is all about experience. We're here for such a short time so why sit idle and let your mind turn to goo?

Go out there, do something new, challenge yourself, and experience life to the full. Give yourself a Life Makeover. Most importantly, have fun!

what you have already mastered,
you will never grow."

Change Your Life While You Sleep!

There's nothing like a good night's sleep to heal body and mind but did you know that you can use your sleep time to bring about some powerful changes in your life?

It's true! And it's as simple as flicking a switch ...

Sleep programming is an effective self-development technique, which feeds powerful suggestions while you sleep. These positive suggestions and affirmations work on the sub-conscious to override old redundant thoughts and bring about self-change at a deep level.

Apart from enjoying deep, restorative sleep, you have a fantastic, positive script running in the background, which has profound benefits.

Imagine waking up feeling truly alive, more confident, happy and energetic! What a great way to start the day - every day!

I have to say, sleep programming is the most powerful personal development tool I've used in over 30 years of working in the self-growth industry. What's more, it's so simple and accessible.

If you like to live life to the full, perhaps don't have time during the day to work on your affirmations or self-development, use sleep programming through the night shift. It's an ideal time to train your thoughts and focus on whatever it is you desire!

Be the New You!

Have you ever wished you could morph into being someone who is more positive, imaginative, confident, happier, and successful?

Well, you can ... quite easily ... create a brand new you! Here are my top six tips on how to go about it ...

.1. First of all, you need to commit to change. You can't expect to create this wonderful new you doing what you've always done. It's time for a fresh start. Make a solid commitment and stick to it!

.2. Be prepared to invest in yourself. You are worthy of this investment. Start by using self-suggestions and positive affirmations to prepare your mind for your new outlook.

.3. Believe in yourself first and foremost. Believe that you can change and have complete faith in achieving your goals.

.4. Seize your inner joy and embrace happiness. Don't think for one moment that happiness only comes later once you've achieved your goals. Happiness is RIGHT NOW!

.5. Be positive! Always look on the bright side. Be a `glass half full' person. See life as an opportunity rather than a challenge. Your positive outlook will be your motivating force.

.6. Set your intentions and follow up with action. Focus on the laws of attraction and capture your own bit of cosmic abundance. See your `new you' become reality!

Being the person you've always wanted to be starts with you. As soon as you make a decision to change, every thought and action needs to be focused on achieving your goal. The rest, as the saying goes, is history.

Take that first step today. Begin the journey to your new you and start living the life you've always wanted!

Oh Yes You Can!

Are you always making excuses for why you can't live the happy, fulfilling life you've always wanted?

Do you sit back and dream of what could have been?

If so, it's time to take action ...

Embrace your `Yes I Can!' mantra and chase all those self-doubts, feeble excuses, and negative thoughts away because if you really want to change some aspect of your life for the better, you can do it!

It all starts with changing your thoughts and outlook. Your thoughts create your reality so take a look at your belief system. What's holding you back from living your dreams? You'll probably find that it's `you' that's stopping you ... or, more accurately, your thoughts.

Change your inner programme. Change your self-talk to encompass a positive perspective on life ... one that believes in abundance and success.

Most people are day-dreamers, regretting the life they've never lived. Don't be one of them!

Life is incredibly short and there are so many opportunities out there to have fun, attain happiness and success, and live a truly rewarding life.

So, make it happen. Change your inner programming. Believe that you can and live the life you've always wanted!
