Is Fear Holding You Back?

Feeling fearful is a common and very real problem. In many ways, it's natural to have some fear as it's part of our instinct and survival mechanism. Sometimes, however, fear can get out of control, hold us back and create unwanted responses. If you have a phobia, you'll probably have experienced the physical impact: sweaty palms, palpitations, extreme anxiety, nightmares and the need to 'run' from whatever it is you're scared of. Once you're aware of what's happening, you can “undo” the destructive programming that is holding you back. You can “release” some of the crazy thoughts that are stopping you moving forward in life.
