Bring in the New!

When was the last time you did something that you've never experienced before?

Was it yesterday, last month, last year or so long ago you can't remember?

Well, you know, trying something new and different is great experience and really beneficial, and here's why ...

You see, when we do something new or different to anything we've previously experienced, we begin to use parts of our consciousness, which otherwise remains dormant. Our intuition starts to kick in. The mind becomes more alert and focused on learning new ways. Our senses wake up. Suddenly, we feel alive.

If the new experience is a physical one, such as mountain biking or learning Salsa, various parts of the body will also benefit by perhaps toning up previously inactive muscles or increasing endurance or co-ordination.

It's important that we take on board new experiences as often as possible. It's good for the mind and overall well-being.

When you think about it, life is all about experience. We're here for such a short time so why sit idle and let your mind turn to goo?

Go out there, do something new, challenge yourself, and experience life to the full. Give yourself a Life Makeover. Most importantly, have fun!

Create Your Future

What we think and what we do today will influence the course of tomorrow.

So, what can we do to prevent us sabotaging our future?

If you've been following this blog for a while, you'll know that we talk alot about the power of our thoughts and intentions. Really, it's what shapes and directs us through life's journey.

Every thought sent out is like a ripple on a pond. It has repercussions that will impact us in some way. That way can be positive or negative. The choice is yours! It's all about what you think and what you focus on.

Many struggle with unwanted thoughts ... the stuff that can mess up all the best plans and intentions in the world. I know because I've been there!

If what you think is holding you back and sabotaging your chances of success and happiness, the good news is that you can do something about it.
