Don't Point the Finger!


When things go wrong in your life, do you make life miserable by constantly dwelling on what happened?

Do you start pointing the finger, looking for someone to blame?

Maybe you blame yourself?

The thing about dwelling on past `mistakes' or looking for someone to take the blame is that it wastes time. The negative emotion stops you from moving on with an open and positive mind.

Well, do you know, blame doesn't solve anything. It doesn't change what has already past. It doesn't make life better.

Even if you blame yourself when life isn't going well, what's the point of beating yourself up? Is it going to provide a solution? Does it really make you feel better? No!

So, don't dwell on past `mistakes' - remember, there are no mistakes, only lessons and experiences! Don't lose yourself in the blame mentality. It really doesn't help!

Simply learn what's needed from the event, and MOVE ON!

Life's too short and there's a whole world out there waiting to be explored!

What you waiting for? Let go of what's past, stop pointing the finger. Go live your life. Have fun. Embrace what is now and the good times to come.

One Step At a Time

Embrace the Fun Factor!

Let It Go!

Is the past stealing your present and future?

Are you constantly churning yesterday's or yesteryear's events and thinking `if only'?

Unless the laws of physics suddenly change, we can't go back to alter the past. We can't retrieve those lost seconds, minutes, hours, days, months, and years.

So, here's today's self-development prompt:

Let the past go!

When you realize that what you do right now is what really makes the difference, then you can start moving on with your life.

You see, living is easy when you detach from the thoughts and feelings holding you back.

Getting on with your life is much easier when you accept that there are things you can't change.
